Quenching Salts
Product Description

Keeping in mind variegated needs of our patrons, we are offering Quenching Salts. In our advanced facilities, these products are processed utilizing advanced machines. We further check these salts on different quality parameters to remove the impurity, if any. Owing to their special chemical characteristics, these salts are widely used in different heavy metal industries for quenching and tempering of various high speed tools steels. We offer Quenching Salts at affordable price range and deliver at the end of customers in qualitative packaging within committed time-frame.

Hard Temp 660
(Code No :33 - 416)

A neutral salt used with Hard Temp A for hardening tool steel and selectively carburised steel. Also used for preparing initial melts of Hard Temp H. The salt can be used for preheating hot die steel and high speed steel prior to hardening.  Working Range :-660° to 900°C (upto 1000°C if covered with Hard Temp E 452).

Hard Temp 720
(Code No :33 - 417)

A water soluble neutral hardening salt used with Hard Temp A for hardening various tool steel and selectively carburised steels. Sometimes it is also used with 1 - 10% sodium cyanide as a scale free heat treatment medium. Working Range : -720° to 900° C (upto 950° C if covered with Hard Temp E).
